  When I first walked in, I immediately thought I was in the wrong place
  for what I needed. The place was fabulous and looked too elegant for
  a dental clinic, so I immediately said, they are going to be too
  expensive for me. Then I was convinced you would be a cosmetic clinic
  and would not work on diseased mouths and chuck me off to an
  orthodontist who would berate me for my bad hygiene.
